• At what time can we check-in and out?
    • Early Check-in: CHECK IN TIME IS 12.00 Noon. All arrival prior to 6.00 am will be billed from the previous night. CHECK IN after 6.00 am will be charged 50% of the room rate if rooms are available.
    • Departure: The 'CHECK OUT' TIME IS 12.00 Noon. If you wish to stay on this is chargeable per hour per person, only available until 6.00 p.m,subject to availability of room, any other times after will be charged at full day tariff.
  • Is the price per room or per person?
    Generally our price are based on per room. However we do also have single person rooms and rates which are set according to season and availability. This is generally available from our partner booking sites.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can.

  • Are there quiet, private rooms?
    Our Hotel is very quiet and private.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms?
    Yes, there are non smoking rooms.

    Yes, with Satellite TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialing in the rooms?
    Telephone with the direct dialling is available at the Lobby
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we have an Internet Point. Charges are Rs. 50/- (1$) per/hour
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, parking is available.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    We can reserve your car from the Hotel.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Indira Gandhi international airport, New Delhi nearly 5 minutes drive.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Pets are welcome, but can not stay in guest rooms under any circumstance.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room?
    Wired Internet is available at the lobby and some rooms, however the entire property has Wireless (WI-Fi) Internet.
  • Do you have a shuttle service to and from the Airport?
    The hotel provides 24 Hrs. Pick-up and Drop–Off service to and from the International and Domestic Airports.
    This service needs to be booked and confirmed in advance and the fare will be Rs. 500/- (1 Cab/ 3 person) for the Pick-up (Includes Parking Rs. 150/- and Waiting Rs. 120/- charges) and Rs. 200/- for Drop-off.
  • Do you have restaurant in the Hotel.
    We do room service and have a set area to eat, there are quite afew restaurants near the Hotel.
  • Do you require ID Proof?
    Every guest must carry a valid Photo Identification Proof at the time of check-in.
    This must be clear and not damaged or modified with a current photograph.
    We accept Passports and driving licenses of all countries. We may also require Indian Visa Details dependent on the nationality.

    Failure to provide acceptable ID will result in Automatic Cancellation of any Reservation.

  • Is breakfast is included in the room?
    Not all rooms, breakfast is included in Super Deluxe Room. (From 0700 till 1000 Hrs). You can buy a breakfast voucher for any other room.
