Children and Extra Bedding.

  • All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
  • All older children or adults are charged USD 9.00 (Rs. 500) per night and person for extra beds.
  • Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
  • There is no capacity for cots in the room.
  • Extra Mattresses are available upon request and need to be confirmed by hotel.
  • Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets

  • We love pets at Eurostar, unfortunately they can not stay in our guest rooms.
  • We provide space for pets, this is either outdoor or in a specially made room.
  • Subject to terms and conditions also acceptance and availability, there is a charge for pets and this must be confirmed with the hotel before any booking.
  • Please kindly note: EuroStar International is not liable in any shape or form what-so ever for any pet/animal on its premises. The owner is solely responsible for the well being of any pet/animal. Unfortunately we hold no responsibility at all.

Cancellations

  • Special Deals , Standard Rooms, Day Transit Rooms = Non Refundable, No Modification, No Cancellations. You will be charged 100% the cost of the reservation.
  • Deluxe Rooms, Super Deluxe Rooms, Triple Rooms = if cancelled up to 24hours before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged . If cancelled after or in-case of no-show, only the first night will be charged.
  • Check out time is 12:00.
